Shipping & Delivery
All items are delivered using NZ International Post and generally take between 7 -14 days for delivery.  A DHL courier service can be arranged at extra cost by emailing 

Refunds Policy
Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer's order can only be returned with the express approval of the seller. 
Requests to return goods must be submitted within 10 days from the date of shipping and the original invoice number must be quoted.
Where goods are accepted (for credit or refund at the seller’s discretion) they must be delivered at the buyer's expense into the seller's store or warehouse in original condition and packaging. Returned products are the buyer's responsibility until they reach the seller. The seller shall not be responsible for misdirected shipments or products lost or damaged in transit.
The seller reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against any returns the seller may agree to accept. Such fees may be up to 15% of the invoice priced and levied at the seller's absolute discretion. Any refunds (at the seller’s discretion) will be refunded in the form of the original payment method used by the buyer.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been submitted, it will be processed through our store usually within 24hrs.
If you wish to cancel your order within this period, you may call +64 3 442-7313 or email quoting your order number. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel your order and issue a refund. Any bank transaction fee's will be payable.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy. 
Updating Account Information
In order to update your account details, simply login to your account. Once logged in select My Account from the menu and update the required information.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars - Payments are processed securely online via Payment Express - Payment Express is a Visa and MasterCard certified solution developed by DPS which facilitates electronic payments via internet, EFTPOS, billing, IVR, vending and mail/telephone order card acceptance channels.
